Every winner at one of our events must complete and return to our office a waiver. In the past it has taken up to SIX MONTHS for waivers to arrive in our office.... thereby delaying payment. This year we implemented a deadline for return of these waivers. Once waivers are recieved for ALL of Canada in our office, our coordinator enters them into a cheque run.
The cheques are then written by hand along with our hand-written notes to the winners. This can take quite a while and cause hand cramps...
We endeavor to pay all our winners quickly. However, your cheque may not be sent for any of the following reasons:
Late/invalid/incomplete/missing waiver
Unpaid Area Manager / Location fees
